Caulfield East – Renovation
Built originally in the early 1900’s this simple weatherboard was in serious need of some attention.
Removing the rear section of the house to accommodate a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with linked indoor/outdoor space was high on the priority list. We built off the master bedroom to the boundary to allow for a walk-in-robe and ensuite, creating a beautiful private space.
In 32 weeks, from the first day of demolition to the day of handover, from old and dreary to bright, spacious and homely. This project was a delight to build and deliver on-time and on-budget. We would like to thank the clients for allowing us to use their home as our Project Spotlight.
